Sally Grayson's commission work has ranged from album covers to book covers, to website banners. She can be hired to create a custom image in collage, drawing or painting to meet your visual needs. Below is a list of commission pieces she has done in the past.
Valet Album Artwork
I LOVED working on this commission. VALET is a great band from Minneapolis. I listened to this album over and over to get a feel for the songs, to collect any imagery in the lyrics and was able to piece together what I think turned out to be a great album cover!
PILL HILL Album Artwork
I had the honor of doing the Album Artwork for the great band called Pill Hill from Minneapolis. They were planning on printing Vinyl which was an exciting challenge. They had a variety of images and symbolism that they wanted included, so I got to work. Below you can see some of the first sketches I sent. I would work on "sketches" as I call them, and get more of a feel of what the client wanted. The end result turned out really great and in the end got printed not only on Vinyl, but also T-shirts.
